Manual - instructions for use

 

Welcome to Salikone! Salikone.net provides a personal workout routine according to your goals and preferences. Whether training at home or at the gym – and by what equipment you wish to – Salikone will find a suitable exercise for every muscle. This site walks you through the main terms used in the order form.

 

The initial level describes how much experience you have on gym workout:

Beginner = less than one year of experience

Intermediate = more than a year of experience

Advanced = several years of experience

 

The main objective describes the primary goal for the gym workout. What do you want to achieve by the exercise?

 

How many times a week you are ready to workout? For a beginner, even 1–2 times a week may be sufficient to gain considerable results in a couple of months, but if you are able to exercise 3–4 times a week, you can get results much faster. This is all, of course, individual for each, and the most important thing is that you workout! Think about how much you are willing to spend time to achieve your goals. As the workout duration, you can choose 30 or 45 minutes or an hour.

 

Training place can be either gym or home. If you want to work out in both, you can describe your preferred schedule in more detail in the Other wishes and additional information -field. It is possible to make, for example, one workout a week at the gym and two at home!

 

In the equipment preference, you can tell what equipment you wish to use in the workout. There are following options to choose from: gym machines (levers, cables), barbells, dumbbells and your own body weight. You can choose several options, or even all of them. If you want to work out at home, and you have some fitness equipment other than dumbbells, please tell it in the Other wishes and additional information -field. Suitable equipment would be, for example, kettlebells, rubber bands, exercise balls, ankle weights, wrist weights, stepper, etc. Remember that the workout is supposed to be a fun and motivating. So, choose your preferred tools freely – Salikone will find a suitable exercise for every muscle!

 

In the weighting of the workout you can describe, which part of the body you would like to focus on. The workout routines designed by Salikone always include balanced training of the entire body, but the training can be focused on a certain part. In the specific targets you can describe more precisely what muscle or muscle group you wish to be focused on the most.
